Tuition Schedule:
Monthly tuition payments are due the first
of each month or the first day of the Session. Because tuition
is pro-rated for the year; tuition is the same per month
regardless of holidays.
We must receive withdrawl notice 30 days in
advance or tuition will be charged to account.
There will be no refunds for holidays or missed
classes. Students are encouraged to make up absences in
the level directly below their own.
Fees:
$30 non-refundable registration fee, due upon
fall registration annually
$15 registration fee for returning students
$10 monthly fee exacted on all accounts that are not current
by the 5th of each month
$25 charge for all returned checks
$75 recital fee, due on or before January 16 (includes 1
costume, liability insurance, facility fee & 4 tickets)
Add $35 for each additional costume
$50 early withdrawal fee
$7 Supply Fee Creative Movement & Pre-Ballet, due with
August tuition
$21 Supply Fee Level I - Advanced, due with August tuition
Private & Semi-Private Rates:
$30 1/2 hr. private
$60 1 hr. private
$90 1.5 hr. private

DRESS CODE
Students must adhere to dress code.
hair: Must be pulled back off of face and securely fastened to head. Pony tails are acceptable for all disciplines excluding ballet.
classroom attire: no warm-ups will be allowed during class time. Students are encouraged to wear warm up clothes over dance clothes to and from the studio
creative movement and Pre-ballet:
light pink leotard, pink tights, pink ballet shoes
ballet 1-8: black
leotard, pink tights, pink ballet shoes
musical theatre: any
color leotard or camisole, suntan, pink or black tights
(no bare midriffs), jazz shoes or character shoes depending
on the teachers preference
hip-hop: loose
fitting shirt and pants, no jeans. Dance sneakers or street
sneakers. (soles must be clean)
acting:
street clothes

TRANSPORTATION
Please drop off & pick up child within ten mins. of class start and stop time

HOLIDAYS B.A.C. observes holidays in conjunction with local schools

Attendance on a regular basis is necessary,
students with excessive absences will be asked to withdraw

STUDENT CONDUCT & RULES
Students must arrive on-time, students arriving after the first combination is completed will not be allowed to join class
No food, drink, gum or candy allowed in the studios. Water bottles with lids allowed.
